Privacy policy
Short version: the app has no account, no ads and no tracking. Your push-ups are your business.

The app
Push to 41 has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. VeloceroLab does not receive any of your data.
- What you enter (age, sex, training days, max tests, sessions, XP, badges and settings) is stored on your device.
- iCloud sync: if you are signed in to iCloud, this data is also stored in your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit) so it syncs between your iPhone, iPad and Mac. Only your Apple Account can read it; we cannot. You can turn it off in your device’s iCloud settings.
- Camera: the optional vision test uses the camera to show body landmarks and angles. The video is processed on your device and is not recorded, unless you start a diagnostic recording yourself: that video stays on your device and only leaves it if you choose to share it.
- Proximity sensor: used only during a test or session to count push-ups when the phone is under your chest.
- Notifications: training reminders are scheduled on your device.
- Backups: when you export a backup, the JSON file goes only where you choose to save it.
To delete everything, use Settings → Erase all data in the app, then delete the app. Data in iCloud can also be removed in your device’s settings (Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage).
This website
pushto41.com has no account, form, advertising or social widget, and sets no cookies.
We use PostHog to measure the pages viewed, the links and buttons clicked (including clicks to the App Store), where visits come from and technical browser information (device type, system, language). PostHog receives your IP address to process the request and estimate an approximate location; the project is set to discard that address from stored events. Measurement identifiers only live in memory and are renewed on every page load: nothing is stored in your browser, and we identify no one. No session is recorded. The script is served by PostHog Cloud in the United States, in the same project as our other sites; see PostHog’s privacy policy. Google Search Console separately gives us aggregated statistics on the site’s visibility in Google.
You can turn this measurement off below; only that choice is saved in your browser. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also prevent it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply to you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL). Since the app sends us nothing, in practice this only concerns emails you send us.
